Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
The Ideal Collective is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all aspects of our business relationships. We oppose modern slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced labour in all forms and take steps to ensure that such practices do not occur within our operations or supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the actions we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. It applies to The Ideal Collective and its subsidiaries for the current financial year.
Our Business and Supply Chains
The Ideal Collective provides digital, technology, and artificial intelligence services to clients across the United Kingdom and Europe. Our supply chains primarily consist of professional services providers, technology vendors, and infrastructure partners.
We seek to work with organisations that demonstrate a commitment to legal compliance, ethical conduct, and respect for human rights, and we consider these factors when selecting and engaging suppliers.
Policies and Governance
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our controls include contractual requirements for suppliers to comply with applicable labour and human rights laws, due diligence procedures designed to assess modern slavery risks before entering into new supplier relationships, clear and confidential reporting channels for employees, contractors, and partners to raise concerns, and ongoing review of internal policies to ensure alignment with legislative requirements and recognised best practice.
Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
We conduct periodic reviews of our supply chains to identify activities or geographies that may present an elevated risk of modern slavery or human trafficking. Where risks are identified, we may seek further assurances, require corrective action, or discontinue relationships with suppliers that fail to meet our standards.
Training and Awareness
Modern slavery awareness forms part of our induction process and ongoing training for employees with procurement, supplier management, or operational oversight responsibilities. Training focuses on recognising potential indicators of exploitation and understanding how to escalate concerns appropriately.
Continuous Improvement
We monitor the effectiveness of our approach through regular policy reviews, supplier engagement, and internal feedback. Our future objectives include enhancing supplier risk assessments and expanding training materials to reflect evolving risks and regulatory expectations.
